Photography has always been my passion. What I love most about photography is the ability to capture a moment without the need for spoken words. Through the lens of my camera, I would love to frame your story and convey the love, passion, and emotions of you and those you love. Every blink of the eye is a moment, and by capturing your memories you get to hold a little piece of time forever in your heart.
Hi, I’m Michelle
I have always been obsessed with any outlet for my creativity. When I was six years old I watched Debbie Travis instead of cartoons. My passion for art lead me to obtaining my Bachelor of Fine Art at York University. I remember spending hours in the darkroom, never tiring of having the ability to show others the world the way I saw it. Now being a momma to two, I understand how important it is, not just artistically, but emotionally, to have those little captured moments of family and love to enjoy forever.
Our Story
The funny thing about our journey to this business together, is that Michelle’s birth was the very beginning of Annamarie’s experimentation with portraiture. We are actually a niece/aunt, God daughter/ Godmother duo, and from day one have shared a very relatable and special bond. Over the years our walls were filled with beautiful natural photos of our own kids, growing and changing. It wasn’t really until both of our passions collided did we realize we were headed in the same direction on totally different paths. All the years we spent bouncing artistic ideas off each other, encouraging each other, and pursuing our individual passions for photography, we hadn’t really stopped to believe that something we loved so much, we could do everyday. So here we are, doing what we love, with who we love, and we can’t wait to share it with you.
